Blogs in Plain English for EFL Students

Word Cloud - Blogs in Plain English

Have you tried using blogs with your EFL / ELT students? It will provide your students with engagement with English, outside of the classroom, in all four language skills. I have heard of teachers who are using Blogs with students in elementary classes. It’s simple, fast and easy to set up a class blog, link all blogs together, and do assignments. What about internet safety? It’s safe because you control access to your blogs. You decide who will be able to see your students work. Also, podcasting, videos, and photos can be integrated. Students can cooperate, collaborate, create, and have fun. Setting up a blog is easy as 1-2-3, and then you are set for some great learning. Take a look at my PPT, Blogs in Plain English, where you will find motivation and tips to get you started.
