As a Sales Coordinator you will join the Chilean sales team for the marketing, sales, promotion and organization of our language courses abroad for students.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Sell our language programs and destinations
Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach sales targets
Help promote and develop marketing activities (updating our website, launching email campaigns, developing brochures and promotional materials…)
Achieve excellent customer service and support proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on EF programs
Operate in a truly international environment and a young team
Sales oriented and target driven with 1-2 years work experience minimum in sales and marketing and/or tourism
Business, language or tourism studies background with a Bachelor’s degree
Mother tongue Spanish and fluent in English is a must
Business acumen with strong aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team
Experience in a service-oriented industry
Other language knowledge

The extremes of experience and the limits of reality.
This is a formula for which one can approach teaching teens. Often, our best planned efforts in the classroom fail to capture the students enthusiasm, and thusly, fail to capture the students’ engagement. We’ve all been there. What can be done to improve student engagement?
Dr. Kieran Egan suggests we focus on what is common to all teens: heroes and heroines, and from this vantage point, allow teens the possibility to become comfortable with their own need to find out the answer to a fundamental question: Who is my hero, who has qualities that I would like to emulate.

How can we get teenagers engaged in autonomous and cooperative learning? If the teenagers you teach are like the ones I teach, this is not an easy task. Why?
